It offers courses to improve the teachers’ knowledge, skills and dispositions. The courses aim to help the participants to provided their students with meaningful learning experiences and outcomes. Hence, the course enables the participants to lead reflective practices on what constitutes effective and successful teaching Implementation: Iqra University, Dept. of Education initiated the program in the first quarter of 2022. It offers various courses like, teaching Mathematics with active strategies, proactive learning in EFL classrooms, among others. to the school teachers. Various workshops related to the subjects have also been conducted for teachers and headteachers. Distribution of books and educational material among the underprivileged children

Lack of access to the education has become a big issue for the country that leads to precarious consequences. Therefore, this initiative has been taken in order to give access to the students who are unable to access the educational material. Activity 7: Workshop on Quality of Education To enhance the quality of education, workshop has been conducted provides the learners with capabilities they require to become economically productive. Implementation: In collaboration with the Fixit Family Home (non-profit organization), we distributed books and other educational material to the poor children. In addition, the guest speaker was invited to talk about the quality of education. This initiative not merely enhanced their quality of education but also help them to choose the career that is right for them and ultimately increase their well-being. Implementation: Iqra University, Gulshan Campus students visited Falcon Grammar School to educate primary school level students about their career. Career counselling helps student to choose right course and career path for themselves. The students talked about diverse courses and their significance in the real world.
