The main goal of this program is to prepare teachers to teach the learners of 21st century. It offers courses to improve the teachers’ knowledge, skills and dispositions. The courses aim to help the participants to provided their students with meaningful learning experiences and outcomes. Hence, the course enables the participants to lead reflective practices on what constitutes effective and successful teaching
Implementation:
Iqra University, Dept. of Education initiated the program in the first quarter of 2022. It offers various courses like, teaching Mathematics with active strategies, proactive learning in EFL classrooms, among others. to the school teachers. Various workshops related to the subjects have also been conducted for teachers and headteachers.
